SUMMARY:Dragonfly Mercury Project: Wekiva Falls Sample Event
DESCRIPTION:Join our Wekiva Falls sample event and be part of our research and local science community! This sample event takes place in the boat basin and canoe launch area. This site is fairly shallow and the water is cool from the spring\, which should make for a fresh and enjoyable sample event! \n\nSee this video for more details! \nEvery year we sample four sites around the Wekiva River System for juvenile dragonfly called nymphs or larvae. This year we will be sampling five sites: Lake Norris (complete!)\, Wekiva Falls\, Camp Joy\, Wekiwa Springs Run\, and Katie’s Landing. \nWant to be prepared for this event?
