THEME
Dress your watercraft and yourself in your finest manatee Mardi Gras attire, King Neptune garb, Mermaid tail, Bird feathers or any river critter outfit that floats your boat!
BASIC VESSEL DECORATIONS
Vessels can be decorated with foam, plastic bottles, cardboard, and recycled materials of every kind. With a little creativity you can take whatever is around you and recycle it into something that is unique. Consider adding things that will float. A race number will be assigned to each vessel at registration the morning of the race. The numbers must be affixed so that the judges on the side of the river can clearly see it.
DEADLINE
All entries must register before the day of the flotilla or before all entry slots are filled limit of 50 vessels.
