Stop by the WRAP Office to help us clean and learn about our work! Have you been wondering how to get involved? This is an opportunity for you to stop by and talk with staff and volunteers about opportunities and fill out volunteer paperwork.
Projects we will be working on:
- Clearing brush and debris from around the office buildings
- Cleaning and organizing buildings, including cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.
- Power washing the exterior of buildings, truck, and boats.
- Cleaning and repairing kayaks.
- Making buttons and magnets to prepare for upcoming events.
- Organizing event supplies (coloring sheets, tents, outreach supplies).
Please be mindful that the office is in the woods, so we have snakes, spiders, poison ivy, and other Florida critters! Close-toed shoes are required. There is no potable water at this site; please bring water. Sun protection and snacks/ lunch are also recommended. We will have gloves and bug spray available.
