Paddle the section of Rock Springs Run known as Emerald Cut! Together with guides Jim Adamski, President of Friends of the Wekiva River, and Ashley Konon, River Ambassador for the Wekiva Wild and Scenic River, you will travel upstream on the beautiful waters of Rock Springs.

Nancy Prine, a FOWR Board Member and expert on butterflies, will give an introduction on their habits and habitats and will lead a hunt through the longleaf pine sandhill area. Expect to see plenty of wildflowers among the wiregrass and turkey oaks.
The hike is free but the park entrance fee is $6/vehicle (up to 8 people) and $4 for a single driver.
